Radnor

Radnor is located near the communities of Villanova and St Davids along the affluent Main Line. Radnor is home to the estates of Woodcrest and Walmarthon which are now Cabrini College and Eastern University. Historic structures in Radnor include the Sorrel Horse, a former tavern, and Lancaster Pike, the first toll road in the United States. Radnor is exposed to a variety of art and culture. The Villanova Theatre serves both the university campus community and the Greater Philadelphia area. The theatre produces four shows every academic year presenting a range of dramas, comedies and musicals and has received 49 nominations and six Barrymore Awards since 1995. Radnor offers a great shopping and dining experience in its open-air, village styled shopping center, Eagle Village Shops. This area offers two dozen shops, beauty salon and barber shop, health and fitness studios, café shops and three full service restaurants, all conveniently located together.
